This set is walnut and maple. The dominoes are walnut with a hard maple face for contrast. The box is solid walnut with maple accents. Double dovetail joints with maple lining the walnut corner posts add beauty, strength and interest to the box. The lid was created from a solid walnut base. The Texas inlay was created from curly maple. Multiple coats of hand rubbed Tung oil add a beautiful luster and durability to each set we create. This box has been sold, but another can be created for you with a star denoting your favorite city.
